Location: Adeiso, Eastern Region, Ghana

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Stores Officer to join our team in Adeiso. The successful candidate will manage inventory, oversee store operations, and ensure the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of materials to support production activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation of stock movements.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper storage practices to maintain product quality and safety standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
  • Collaborate with procurement and production teams to support operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and secure store environment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ post–national service experience in stores or inventory management.
  • Experience in an FMCG operations environment is an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
