Role Purpose

The Super Agent role targets high-performing life insurance sales professionals who consistently exceed productivity targets. Super Agents drive significant business growth through exceptional sales performance, market penetration, and client relationship management, while benefiting from differentiated earning potential and strong branch-level support.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Performance and Revenue Growth

  • Achieve and exceed high productivity targets through aggressive and ethical life insurance sales.

  • Drive new business acquisition and expand Hollard’s life insurance portfolio.

  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and close high-value policies.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients through professional engagement and excellent service delivery.

  • Provide accurate information on insurance products, benefits, and policy terms.

  • Support clients through onboarding, renewals, and basic after-sales services.

Market Representation and Brand Ambassadorship

  • Represent Hollard Insurance positively in assigned markets and branches nationwide.

  • Participate in marketing campaigns, activations, and branch-led sales initiatives.

  • Uphold the company’s values, ethical standards, and customer-first culture.

Reporting and Accountability

  • Submit regular sales performance updates and productivity reports.

  • Work under the oversight of Branch Managers, ensuring alignment with branch and company targets.

Eligibility and Qualification Criteria

Experience

  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in life insurance sales with a reputable insurance company in Ghana.

  • Proven track record of achieving a minimum productivity of twenty (20) policies or more at previous employment.

Performance Profile

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver consistently high sales volumes.

  • Strong self-motivation, discipline, and results orientation.

  • Willingness to work across assigned markets nationwide and be tied to designated branches.

Earnings Structure

  • Super Agents operate on a higher productivity model, with earning potential above that of mainstream agents, reflecting performance and output.

Oversight and Deployment

  • Super Agents are recruited nationwide and assigned to specific branches.

  • Branch Managers provide direct oversight and performance supervision.
