Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, and support the company’s IT infrastructure and systems operations. The successful candidate will ensure system reliability, network security, and efficient technical support across all branches and departments while contributing to continuous technology improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and computer systems
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues promptly
• Ensure data security, backup processes, and system integrity
• Manage user accounts, access controls, and system permissions
• Provide technical support to employees across branches and departments
• Maintain and update hardware, software, and network infrastructure
• Monitor system vulnerabilities and implement security improvements
• Support the setup and maintenance of branch technology systems
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting processes
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT-related support and solutions

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in systems administration, network support, or IT operations
• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Administration, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of server administration, networking, and system security
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems is an advantage
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and IT support tools
