Position Summary

RoyalFair Industries is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Teller to provide efficient transaction processing and exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will manage financial transactions accurately, assist customers with inquiries, and contribute to maintaining high standards of service delivery and operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers.
  • Verify transaction details and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions at the end of each workday.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
  • Promote company products and services where appropriate.
  • Handle customer requests promptly while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Identify and report discrepancies, unusual activities, or operational issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for all customers and visitors.

Skills and Qualifications

  • HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a customer service, cashier, teller, or related role.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Patience and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and respond effectively to different customer personalities.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer systems.
