Job Summary

Femon Travel & Tours Ltd is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Ticketing & Reservation Agent to join our team full-time. The successful candidate will manage flight bookings, reservations, and client inquiries, ensuring a seamless and professional travel experience for all clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international flight bookings
• Issue e-tickets and manage reservations accurately
• Assist clients with date changes, cancellations, and special requests
• Provide clients with optimal travel options and solutions
• Maintain close collaboration with internal teams to coordinate bookings and follow-ups
• Ensure all client interactions are professional, courteous, and timely
• Keep up-to-date records of bookings, changes, and communications
• Utilize reservation systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or equivalent efficiently

Requirements

• Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in ticketing or reservations
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
• Proficiency with booking systems (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
• Proven experience in a similar role (mandatory)
