Position Summary

CIMA Global is seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to create visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive digital interfaces. The role ensures that web and mobile experiences reflect the company’s premium design standards and engage users effectively.

The UI/UX Designer will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate ideas into elegant, minimalist, and intuitive designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality web and mobile interfaces with a focus on user experience and aesthetics.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

• Implement responsive (mobile-first) design principles across projects.

• Collaborate effectively with developers to ensure design fidelity and functionality.

• Maintain consistency in design standards, style guides, and visual branding.

• Review and iterate designs based on user feedback and testing.

• Pay close attention to detail and ensure all designs reflect a premium and minimalist aesthetic.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating website and interface design.

• Expertise in elegant, minimalist, and premium interface design.

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent design tools.

• Experience with responsive (mobile-first) design.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and other team members.

• Strong attention to detail and exceptional aesthetic judgment.
