As part of our growing operations, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our administrative and operational activities while based in Accra.

Role Overview

The Virtual Assistant provides efficient administrative, coordination, and communication support to ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting multiple tasks in a professional consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and virtual support to management and project teams.

  • Manage schedules, appointments, emails, and virtual meetings efficiently.

  • Prepare, format, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.

  • Support client communication, follow-ups, and coordination activities.

  • Maintain accurate digital records, databases, and filing systems.

  • Assist with basic research, data entry, and report preparation as required.

  • Support invoicing, documentation, and general office coordination tasks.

  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling company and client information.

    Educational Qualifications & Experience

    • Diploma, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.

    • Previous experience in an administrative, virtual assistant, or office support role will be an advantage.

    • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in email, document preparation, and virtual collaboration tools.

      Additional Requirements

      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

      • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

      • High level of initiative, reliability, and attention to detail.

      • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
