We are seeking enthusiastic, courteous, and professional Waiters/Waitresses to join our Food and Beverage team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and dedicated to delivering outstanding guest service.

Position Overview

As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that guests receive attentive, friendly, and professional service at all times.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide a positive first impression.
• Present menus, explain menu items, and make recommendations when appropriate.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally according to service standards.
• Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and respond to requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented dining area at all times.
• Set up and prepare tables before service and reset them after guests leave.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Process bills accurately and handle payments in accordance with company procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Follow all hygiene, health, safety, and food service regulations.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to grooming standards.
• Support team members to ensure efficient and seamless service operations.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Senior High School Certificate or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Experience

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress, server, or in a customer service role is an advantage.
• Experience in a hotel, restaurant, or fine dining environment will be highly regarded.
• Candidates with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for hospitality are encouraged to apply.
