Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Waitresses, Runners, and Hostesses to join our hospitality team. Successful candidates create memorable guest experiences, provide attentive service, and contribute to a friendly and efficient dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

Waitresses

• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

• Provide attentive and courteous service to guests

• Ensure tables are clean, well-set, and presentable at all times

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally

Runners

• Deliver food and beverages promptly from the kitchen to guests

• Support waitstaff to ensure smooth and timely service

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas

• Assist with clearing tables and resetting for new guests

Hostesses

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Manage reservations and coordinate seating arrangements

• Provide guests with menus and initial information

• Maintain a positive first impression of the hotel’s dining experience

Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality settings preferred

• Minimum of 1–2 years’ relevant experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
