Job Summary

The Warehouse Assistant will support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, organizing, and dispatching goods. The role requires a reliable and hardworking individual who can maintain accuracy, follow procedures, and work effectively within a team to ensure efficient stock management.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.
• Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Prepare and package items for dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report stock discrepancies.
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Support stock counting and inventory control activities.
• Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements

• WASSCE certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to work efficiently in a warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to handle manual tasks when required.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
