About the Role

SigmaStrat is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse & Field Operations Officer to join our operations team in Takoradi. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient flow, handling, and control of materials supporting offshore and field operations. You will work in a structured, safety-focused environment that values discipline, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of materials.
• Oversee proper handling, tracking, and preparation of materials destined for offshore assets.
• Enforce warehouse safety protocols, housekeeping standards, and regulatory compliance at all times.
• Coordinate field operations support activities in alignment with logistics and QA/QC teams.
• Implement and maintain accurate inventory control systems, records, and documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely reporting of discrepancies or operational risks.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse and field logistics processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in warehouse operations, field logistics, or materials management.
• Proven experience in oil & gas logistics or offshore supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory systems and materials handling procedures.
• High level of safety awareness and commitment to operational discipline.
• Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
