Job Summary

The company seeks a highly experienced Supply Chain & Inventory Control Specialist to manage end-to-end supply chain operations, particularly supporting offshore activities. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient flow of materials, maintain optimal inventory levels, and support critical operations through effective coordination and control systems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end supply chain processes to support offshore operations
  • Oversee inventory planning, stock levels, replenishment, and material tracking
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of critical operational materials
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and support internal and external audits
  • Coordinate effectively with vendors, logistics teams, and offshore personnel
  • Monitor supply chain performance and recommend process improvements

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in supply chain or inventory management roles
  • Strong background in upstream oil and gas operations (experience in Africa is preferred)
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and supply chain best practices
