Location: Adeiso, Eastern Region, Ghana

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Officer to join our team in Adeiso. The successful candidate will oversee warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory management, and support efficient storage and distribution processes in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation of all stock movements.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare reports on warehouse activities and stock levels for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile variances.
  • Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office tools for inventory tracking and reporting.
  • Promote and maintain a strong safety culture within warehouse operations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • HND or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ post–national service experience in warehouse or stores management.
  • Experience in an FMCG operations environment is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret large datasets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within diverse teams.
  • Willingness to work extra hours when required.
  • Demonstrated commitment as a safety champion in all operational activities.
