Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Water Treatment Operator to join our team across multiple locations in Accra. In this role, you will oversee water production processes, ensure quality standards are maintained, and support efficient plant operations while contributing to a safe and welcoming work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor water treatment and production systems
• Ensure consistent production of safe, high-quality drinking water
• Record and maintain accurate production and operational data
• Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance
• Identify and report technical issues promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the production area
• Support continuous improvement of operational processes

Qualifications & Requirements

• HND in any Engineering discipline
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Basic understanding of mechanical or production systems is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
• Ability to follow operational procedures and safety standards
• Good problem-solving and teamwork skills
