• Lead the creation, scheduling, and management of high-quality content across all social media platforms

• Oversee content calendars and ensure consistent brand voice and messaging

• Analyze performance metrics and use insights to optimize content and engagement strategies

• Manage and mentor social media and content teams to ensure high standards of delivery

• Collaborate with creative, digital, and client-facing teams to deliver integrated campaigns

• Monitor industry trends, audience behavior, and platform updates to inform strategy

• Manage online reputation and respond to audience engagement in a timely and professional manner

Educational & Professional Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Communication, Social Sciences, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role within a reputable advertising agency

• Proven experience in social media strategy, content leadership, and digital campaign execution

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent content development, storytelling, and editorial judgment

• Advanced understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics

• Strategic thinking with strong decision-making ability

• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
