Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage operational activities with partners across different regions

Support logistics, dispatch, and supply chain processes to ensure timely execution

Track, analyze, and reconcile operational data and reports

Maintain accurate records and ensure accountability across all operations

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners

Identify operational gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure compliance with company standards and operational procedures
Qualifications & Skills

Strong organizational and coordination skills

Experience in logistics, dispatch, supply chain, or operations (preferred)

Proven ability to manage multiple partners across different regions

Strong communication, documentation, and reporting skills

Comfortable working with data, reports, and reconciliation processes

High attention to detail with a strong sense of accountability
