Role Overview

Niche Ideas Ghana seeks a driven and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to support business growth, strengthen client relationships, and promote the agency’s services. The successful candidate actively identifies new business opportunities, executes marketing initiatives, and contributes to achieving sales targets in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales and business development opportunities

  • Promote the agency’s branding, advertising, and event management services

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet targets

  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing materials

  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends

  • Support the planning and promotion of marketing campaigns and events

  • Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

  • Relevant professional training or certification in sales or marketing is an added advantage

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Ability to build and manage client relationships effectively

  • Creative thinking with a strong understanding of marketing principles

  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools

  • Strong presentation and organizational skills
