Position Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to design, implement, and optimize marketing strategies that elevate our brand, generate qualified leads, and drive bookings. You will play a key role in shaping AbtonCrafters’ presence across digital channels, connecting with our audience, and contributing to measurable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
Lead digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search, and content channels.
Generate a minimum of 500 qualified leads per month.
Achieve at least 30 confirmed bookings monthly from digital channels.
Drive monthly revenue targets of GHS 50,000 – GHS 100,000.
Grow social media presence by +1,000 followers per month across all platforms.
Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance to optimize campaigns and ROI.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless conversion of leads into revenue.
Maintain brand consistency while exploring innovative marketing opportunities to engage audiences.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ marketing experience, preferably in services, travel, or hospitality.
Demonstrated ability to generate leads, grow social media audiences, and achieve conversion targets.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and campaign performance metrics.
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
