Position Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to design, implement, and optimize marketing strategies that elevate our brand, generate qualified leads, and drive bookings. You will play a key role in shaping AbtonCrafters’ presence across digital channels, connecting with our audience, and contributing to measurable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.

  • Lead digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, search, and content channels.

  • Generate a minimum of 500 qualified leads per month.

  • Achieve at least 30 confirmed bookings monthly from digital channels.

  • Drive monthly revenue targets of GHS 50,000 – GHS 100,000.

  • Grow social media presence by +1,000 followers per month across all platforms.

  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance to optimize campaigns and ROI.

  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless conversion of leads into revenue.

  • Maintain brand consistency while exploring innovative marketing opportunities to engage audiences.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ marketing experience, preferably in services, travel, or hospitality.

  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, grow social media audiences, and achieve conversion targets.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and campaign performance metrics.

  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.

  • Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
