Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Graphic Designer & Community Manager to strengthen our brand visibility and foster meaningful engagement with our digital audience. The successful candidate will lead visual storytelling initiatives while building and managing an active, professional online community aligned with our corporate identity.
This role requires a blend of creative design expertise, digital marketing insight, and strong communication skills to position DCG Consulting Group as a trusted and engaging brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality visual content for digital platforms, presentations, marketing materials, and client communications.
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all digital and print assets.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and online campaigns.
- Manage and grow online communities by fostering engagement and responding to inquiries professionally.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience growth.
- Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize content strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging with business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital tools to enhance brand presence.
Educational Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in graphic design and/or community management.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design and digital content work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
- Experience managing social media platforms and digital engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
