Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Channel Development Manager – On-Trade (Spirits) to lead the development and execution of on-trade strategies for the company’s spirits portfolio. The successful candidate will focus on expanding distribution, optimizing sales performance, and strengthening relationships with on-trade partners including bars, restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues.

You will play a pivotal role in driving growth, ensuring brand visibility, and enhancing customer experiences in the on-trade channel.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement on-trade channel strategies to maximize sales and market share

Identify and onboard new on-trade partners to expand distribution

Build and maintain strong relationships with key on-trade accounts

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and brand teams to execute promotional activities

Monitor on-trade performance metrics and provide actionable insights to management

Conduct regular market visits to ensure brand visibility, compliance, and operational excellence

Negotiate agreements, pricing, and promotional terms with on-trade partners

Support training and development programs for on-trade staff to enhance brand knowledge
Educational Requirements & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field

Strong understanding of the on-trade spirits market and distribution channels

Proven experience in channel development, sales, or key account management

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market trends and drive actionable initiatives

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
