Job Summary

The IT Support Engineer will provide technical support for telematics hardware and systems while ensuring reliable system performance and smooth technical operations. The role involves assisting with device installations, diagnosing technical issues, maintaining system documentation, and supporting the continuous improvement of IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

The IT Support Engineer will:

  • Provide technical support for telematics hardware and related systems.

  • Assist with the installation, configuration, calibration, and maintenance of devices.

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system-related technical issues.

  • Monitor system performance and ensure operational reliability.

  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, system records, and support logs.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A degree from a reputable university in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in IT support, technical operations, or a related role (preferred).

  • Strong leadership potential with a high level of initiative and accountability.

  • Excellent communication skills with confidence and professional presence.

  • Strong technical curiosity and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

  • A strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced technical environment.
