As part of our growing operations, we are seeking a skilled and organized Maintenance Controller to oversee equipment maintenance planning and ensure the optimal performance of machinery and operational assets.

Position Overview

The Maintenance Controller plans, coordinates, and monitors maintenance activities for company equipment and machinery. The successful candidate will ensure that maintenance schedules are followed, equipment performance remains optimal, and operational downtime is minimized.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for equipment and machinery.
Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing of all operational assets.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repairs.
Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and operational teams to resolve equipment issues efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
Track spare parts usage and support inventory control for maintenance operations.
Analyze maintenance data and recommend improvements to increase equipment reliability.
Prepare maintenance reports and documentation for management review.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
Relevant technical training or certification in equipment maintenance or asset management will be an added advantage.
Previous experience in equipment maintenance, machinery management, or construction operations is desirable.
