Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Customer Service & Admin Officer to join our team at the Airport location. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer support, assist with travel-related inquiries, and handle administrative tasks that support the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
Provide accurate information on travel services, bookings, and company offerings.
Support daily administrative operations, including documentation, filing, and record management.
Assist with booking coordination and travel-related customer requests.
Maintain organized customer records and administrative reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
Uphold company service standards and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Qualifications and Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in customer service or travel agency operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
