We are seeking a proactive IT Specialist – Infrastructure Security Management to join our Accra team. The successful candidate will manage and secure IT infrastructure, provide technical support, and ensure the integrity and availability of our systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities
Implement, monitor, and maintain secure IT infrastructure systems and networks.
Provide superior customer service and technical support to end-users.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Maintain and update security protocols, firewalls, and access controls.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies, standards, and best practices.
Prepare reports, document incidents, and provide recommendations for infrastructure improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize IT performance and infrastructure security.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Graduate from a recognized university in Ghana or overseas with a minimum of second class lower in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
Certifications (Optional but Advantageous): CCNA, CISA, Microsoft Azure.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years post-NSP directly related experience in IT infrastructure or security management.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and MS Office applications
Excellent problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills
Superior customer service and technical support abilities
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
