Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager – Infrastructure and Capital Projects to join our Accra team. The successful candidate will lead infrastructure and capital project advisory services, focusing on project finance, financial modelling, and public-private partnerships (PPP) across developing and emerging markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead advisory services for infrastructure transactions, including project finance, PPPs, privatizations, and capital projects.

  • Develop and review financial models to support investment and project decision-making.

  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients on infrastructure investments and capital project initiatives.

  • Manage complex engagements, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality outputs, and client satisfaction.

  • Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.

  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, regulatory frameworks, and best practices in infrastructure and capital project advisory.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Project Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is an added advantage.

  • Professional Membership: Membership of professional bodies such as ACCA, ICAEW, ICA, or CFA Institute is desirable.

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in infrastructure transaction advisory, including project finance, financial modelling, privatizations, and PPPs in developing and emerging markets.
