Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive Senior Officer – Clients and Industry Specialist to join our Accra team. The successful candidate will drive client engagement, support industry-focused initiatives, and contribute to delivering high-quality solutions across projects and service lines.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and industry trends.
Support industry-focused initiatives and provide insights to enhance Deloitte’s service offerings.
Manage and execute projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Prepare work plans, reports, presentations, and other project documentation.
Identify, analyze, and resolve problems objectively using experience, analysis, and judgment.
Apply quality assurance and risk management procedures to all areas of work.
Adapt to change and manage ambiguity while delivering results.
Collaborate effectively with team members and provide leadership where required.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: B.Sc. in Social or Management Sciences, or a related discipline from a recognized university in Ghana or overseas (minimum of second class lower).
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience; prior experience in professional services is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Access)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Effective multitasking and people management abilities
