Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive Senior Officer – Clients and Industry Specialist to join our Accra team. The successful candidate will drive client engagement, support industry-focused initiatives, and contribute to delivering high-quality solutions across projects and service lines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and industry trends.

  • Support industry-focused initiatives and provide insights to enhance Deloitte’s service offerings.

  • Manage and execute projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

  • Prepare work plans, reports, presentations, and other project documentation.

  • Identify, analyze, and resolve problems objectively using experience, analysis, and judgment.

  • Apply quality assurance and risk management procedures to all areas of work.

  • Adapt to change and manage ambiguity while delivering results.

  • Collaborate effectively with team members and provide leadership where required.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: B.Sc. in Social or Management Sciences, or a related discipline from a recognized university in Ghana or overseas (minimum of second class lower).

  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience; prior experience in professional services is an advantage.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Access)

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    • Effective multitasking and people management abilities
