Position Overview

We are seeking a driven and strategic Sales & Network Officer to execute sales initiatives, expand our market presence, and strengthen client relationships. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth across both B2B and retail channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute sales strategies across the company’s Business-to-Business (B2B) and retail segments

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new accounts to support corporate growth

  • Implement and manage the company’s credit policy effectively

  • Build, expand, and maintain a strong professional network

  • Develop and sustain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders

  • Identify new market opportunities, segments, and niches

  • Promote the company’s products and services to drive continuous sales growth


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field from a recognized university

  • MBA or relevant Master’s degree is an added advantage

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Retail, B2B Sales, Marketing, or Network Planning

  • Proven experience in the marketing and sales of petroleum products within the downstream sector is highly desirable

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Analyze markets and identify viable business opportunities

  • Demonstrate creativity and strong organizational skills

  • Plan, develop, and implement effective sales strategies
