Role Overview
The Workforce Analyst plays a key role in optimizing workforce efficiency by supporting forecasting, scheduling, real-time monitoring, and performance reporting. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights that improve operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time operations to ensure optimal staffing levels and service performance.
- Support workforce planning activities including forecasting, scheduling, and capacity planning.
- Analyze performance data and generate reports to support decision-making.
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Collaborate with operations and team leads to align workforce plans with business needs.
- Develop and maintain accurate reports and dashboards using relevant tools.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and operational targets.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve workforce efficiency and productivity.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Workforce Management (WFM) role (Real-Time, Scheduling, Forecasting, or Reporting).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions) and PowerPoint.
- Experience with at least one reporting or WFM platform such as TAMA, Vicidial, Zendesk, Genesys, or Power BI.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
