Job Summary

Nature’s Sprout Academy seeks a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to create a welcoming and supportive environment for children with diverse physical and developmental needs. The Physiotherapist will actively assess, plan, and implement interventions that enhance students’ mobility, physical development, and participation in classroom and nature-based activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all students.
  • Assess students’ physical abilities and develop individualized therapy plans.
  • Implement interventions to improve strength, coordination, balance, and gross motor skills.
  • Integrate therapeutic exercises into classroom and nature-based learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic student development.
  • Observe, document, and evaluate student progress with precision and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate structured yet warm and empathetic engagement with students.
  • Maintain emotional regulation and model positive behavior in all interactions.
  • Remain teachable and actively incorporate feedback to enhance professional practice.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Montessori Education, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant training or experience in Physiotherapy or Pediatric Rehabilitation is an advantage.
  • Demonstrates a teachable mindset and openness to feedback.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and naturally warm in approach.
  • Observant, emotionally regulated, and professional in all interactions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
