Job Summary

Acreaty Ghana Ltd seeks a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Assistant to support daily HR operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in recruitment, employee record management, onboarding, and overall HR administration while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily HR administrative functions efficiently
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
  • Coordinate employee on-boarding and manage documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Respond to employee inquiries and support employee relations initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and procedures
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration when required
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR or administrative roles
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • High level of confidentiality and strong attention to detail
