Job Summary

Nature’s Sprout Academy seeks a compassionate and skilled ABA Therapist to create a welcoming, structured, and supportive environment for students with diverse learning needs. The ABA Therapist will apply evidence-based interventions to enhance learning, social skills, and overall development, while collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs tailored to each student’s needs.
  • Conduct assessments and track progress using data-driven approaches.
  • Support the social, emotional, and academic development of students through structured interventions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
  • Maintain detailed records of student progress and provide regular reports to the team.
  • Create a warm, structured, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Observe, document, and analyze student behavior to inform ongoing intervention strategies.
  • Demonstrate emotional regulation and model positive behavior.
  • Remain teachable, receptive to feedback, and committed to continuous professional growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Montessori Education, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrates a teachable mindset and openness to feedback.
  • Structured yet naturally warm approach to teaching and therapy.
  • Detail-oriented, observant, and emotionally regulated.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in ABA therapy is highly desirable.
