Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and curious Graduate Trainee – Warehouse (Warehouse Officer) to join our team. This program is designed for fresh graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in inventory management and warehouse operations, including both incubation and finished goods (FG) management. You will actively participate in day-to-day warehouse functions, supporting the efficient flow of goods while developing essential skills in operations management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of warehouse operations, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Support incubation and FG inventory management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in stock handling.
• Maintain proper warehouse records and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in any discipline.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Familiarity with incubation and finished goods (FG) processes is an advantage.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
