Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Salesforce Administrator to manage, optimize, and scale our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our sales and go-to-market teams by building efficient systems, improving processes, and delivering actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and continuously improve the Salesforce environment to support business growth.
- Design, implement, and optimize workflows, automation processes, validation rules, and custom objects.
- Oversee lead routing, sales pipeline stages, and the full revenue lifecycle from lead generation to opportunity management and reporting.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient CRM solutions.
- Maintain high standards of data quality, integrity, and governance within Salesforce.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools such as sales engagement and marketing automation platforms.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and scaling Salesforce systems in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, including workflows, automations, validation rules, and custom objects.
- Hands-on experience managing sales processes, including lead routing and pipeline management.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical CRM solutions.
- Solid understanding of data management, data hygiene, and governance best practices.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build meaningful reports and dashboards.
