Job Summary

FEMON TRAVEL & TOURS LTD is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Visa Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will manage visa application processes, provide expert guidance to clients, and ensure a seamless and professional service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle visa applications for destinations including the USA, UK, Canada, and Schengen countries
• Guide clients through visa requirements, documentation, and application processes
• Review and verify documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Submit applications in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide professional consultation and ongoing client support
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations and procedures
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience
• Maintain accurate records of applications and client interactions

Requirements

• Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in visa processing
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
• Strong knowledge of visa procedures and requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proven experience in a similar role (mandatory)
• Must provide all professional references
