Job Summary

Femon Travel & Tours Ltd is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will drive client acquisition, execute effective sales strategies, and support marketing initiatives to enhance business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively source clients and generate new business leads
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
• Promote company services, including travel, visa processing, and work abroad opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify market opportunities and support business development initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with operations and marketing goals
• Track and report on sales performance and campaign effectiveness
• Represent the company professionally in all client interactions

Requirements

• Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in sales and/or marketing
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
• Strong networking, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven, proactive, and highly organized
• Proven experience in a similar role (mandatory)
• Must provide all professional references
