Role Overview
We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Representatives to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships. The successful candidates will play a key role in executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering excellent service to clients across the FMCG or pharmaceutical sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned targets
- Promote products effectively and communicate value propositions to customers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Provide timely sales reports and updates to management
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications & Experience
- Hold a Degree or HND in Marketing or a related field
- Demonstrate a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical sales
- Show strong knowledge of sales processes and market dynamics
- Communicate clearly with excellent written and verbal skills
- Exhibit high motivation, target orientation, and a proven sales track record
- Manage time effectively with strong organizational skills
- Maintain a strong commitment to customer service excellence
