Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Representatives to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships. The successful candidates will play a key role in executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering excellent service to clients across the FMCG or pharmaceutical sectors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned targets
  • Promote products effectively and communicate value propositions to customers
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Provide timely sales reports and updates to management
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications & Experience

  • Hold a Degree or HND in Marketing or a related field
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical sales
  • Show strong knowledge of sales processes and market dynamics
  • Communicate clearly with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Exhibit high motivation, target orientation, and a proven sales track record
  • Manage time effectively with strong organizational skills
  • Maintain a strong commitment to customer service excellence
