Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Bakery Sales Representative to join our team in Achimota and Nungua. In this role, you will actively promote our products, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales growth while representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.


Key Responsibilities

  • Present and promote bakery products to customers in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and promptly address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Monitor market trends and customer preferences to support sales initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Senior High School Certificate or higher qualification.
  • Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence customer purchasing decisions.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
