Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Dispatch Rider to support the timely and secure delivery of our medical products across Accra. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates excellent navigation skills, and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver medical products and documents safely and efficiently across Accra.
• Ensure timely collection and delivery of items in line with MSI Ghana protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups.
• Adhere strictly to road safety and company policies.
• Handle medical products with care, ensuring compliance with storage and transport requirements.
• Assist in minor vehicle maintenance and reporting any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to optimize delivery routes and schedules.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of Senior High School (SHS) certificate or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a rider, courier, or in logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Accra city roads and traffic patterns.
• Experience handling medical products is an advantage.
• Excellent time management, reliability, and professionalism.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
