Key Responsibilities

Strategic Project Delivery

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives that align with Affinity’s growth objectives.
• Ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within scope.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate execution across multiple teams, including Technology, Product, Risk, Operations, Marketing, and Finance.
• Ensure seamless project implementation and operational alignment.

Process Optimisation & Operational Efficiency

• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes across the organization.
• Lead initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.

AI & Automation Enablement

• Champion adoption of AI tools and automation opportunities to improve productivity, decision-making, and operational performance.

Project Governance, Risk & Reporting

• Establish and maintain strong project governance practices.
• Track project risks and provide structured updates to the CEO and leadership team.

Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement

• Support leaders and teams in adopting new processes, systems, and ways of working introduced through strategic projects.

Execution Support to the CEO

• Track key initiatives, monitor progress against strategic priorities, and ensure alignment across the organization.

Success Metrics

• Strategic projects delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational priorities.
• Effective coordination between departments with minimal operational friction.
• Operational bottlenecks reduced through process redesign initiatives.
• AI-enabled efficiencies identified and implemented across workflows.
• Strong project governance frameworks applied consistently.
• Smooth adoption of new systems and processes by teams.
• CEO has clear visibility of progress on strategic initiatives.
• Key priorities tracked and executed effectively across teams.

Qualifications & Experience

Education & Certification

• First Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Technology Management, or Project Management is an advantage.
• Professional certification preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).

Experience

• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 3 years leading cross-functional projects in a technology-driven environment.
• Proven track record managing complex projects involving multiple teams.
• Experience in fintech, digital banking, payments, technology companies, consulting firms, or high-growth startups.
• Familiarity with technology rollouts, platform implementations, or product launches.
