Job Summary

The HR Officer will manage key human resource functions, ensuring smooth operations, compliance with labour laws, and a positive employee experience. This role plays a vital part in building a motivated, engaged, and high-performing workforce.

Main Accountabilities

• Oversee recruitment and on-boarding processes, ensuring the timely hiring of qualified staff.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
• Maintain accurate HR records, manage payroll, and ensure timely processing of employee compensation.
• Ensure compliance with Ghanaian labour laws and company HR policies.
• Support HR initiatives and contribute to the development of HR strategies and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Ghanaian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality.
