The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in midwifery, clinical supervision, and quality improvement to strengthen our programs and support our healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide supportive clinical supervision to healthcare teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and clinical standards.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor service delivery outcomes.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols, guidelines, and training programs.
- Mentor and coach staff to enhance clinical skills and patient care.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with management and stakeholders to strengthen clinical governance and service quality.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Recognized clinical qualification in Midwifery.
- First degree in a related discipline; Master’s degree in Public Health, Reproductive Health, or Health Education is an advantage.
- Registered with a recognized local clinical professional body in Ghana and in good standing.
- Minimum of 5 years post-graduation experience in midwifery.
- At least 5 years of practical experience in supportive clinical supervision.
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
