Position Summary

The Personal Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support to ensure the efficient functioning of executive operations. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and logistics efficiently.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized records and filing systems for easy access and retrieval.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating events, meetings, and organizational activities.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Up to five (5) years of proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a non-profit environment.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated passion for social impact and commitment to the organization’s mission.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration or Secretarial Administration.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is an added advantage.
  • Valid driver’s licence.
