Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Commercialization Manager to drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategic commercial initiatives. The ideal candidate will identify new monetization opportunities, build strong partnerships, and ensure the financial success of events and services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sponsorship Strategy: Design and implement compelling sponsorship packages and sales strategies that maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Revenue Generation: Identify, develop, and secure diverse monetization channels for events and external services.
  • Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and commercial partners to ensure long-term collaboration and value creation.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize revenue streams and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align commercial strategies with event execution and brand objectives.
  • Performance Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on revenue performance, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or commercial strategy, preferably within events, media, or creative industries.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute revenue-generating strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
