Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Human Resource Officer to support and manage HR functions within our school environment. The ideal candidate promotes a positive workplace culture, ensures compliance with HR policies, and supports staff development while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and staff records
  • Support employee relations by addressing staff concerns and promoting a positive work environment
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and school HR policies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation
  • Coordinate staff training, development, and performance management processes
  • Prepare HR reports and support administrative functions
  • Assist in payroll coordination and benefits administration
  • Promote HR best practices across the school

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in HR, preferably within an educational setting
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
