Role Overview

Masco Foods is seeking a commercially driven and detail-oriented Procurement Manager – New Brands to lead sourcing and procurement activities across newly launched brands. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring cost efficiency, supplier reliability, and operational readiness for brand launches and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic and Operational Procurement

• Manage procurement across food ingredients, packaging, equipment, consumables, and services.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with brand launch timelines and operating models.
• Collaborate with brand, operations, and quality teams to support menu development and product sourcing.
• Ensure supply continuity and proactively mitigate risks for critical items.

2. Commercial and Financial Accountability

• Drive cost optimization, margin improvement, and procurement savings initiatives.
• Lead supplier negotiations, including pricing, rebates, payment terms, and service level agreements.
• Support CAPEX sourcing, including kitchen equipment and operational assets.
• Track, analyze, and report procurement KPIs and savings performance.

3. Supplier Management and Governance

• Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage suppliers aligned with brand standards and operational needs.
• Develop strong local supplier networks while maintaining quality and cost competitiveness.
• Monitor supplier performance, ensure contract compliance, and implement corrective actions where required.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with Brand GM, Operations, Finance, QA, and Supply Chain teams.
• Support new store openings and post-launch stabilization phases.
• Contribute to long-term sourcing strategies as the business scales.

5. Geographic Scope and Travel

• Focus on Ghana operations with occasional travel as required.
• Support future expansion across West Africa as the brand portfolio grows.

Candidate Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

• Proven procurement experience within QSR, FMCG, or multi-site food service environments.
• Demonstrated experience sourcing food, packaging, equipment, and services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Strong experience in supplier management and commercial negotiations.
• Experience working in Africa or emerging markets is highly advantageous.
