Job Summary

Fountainhead Christian School seeks a caring, responsible, and experienced Nanny to support the daily care, safety, and developmental needs of children. The successful candidate will actively maintain routines, ensure a clean and organized environment, and contribute to a positive and supportive atmosphere for children’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care and supervision to children at all times.
• Support daily routines including feeding, hygiene, rest, and recreational activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for children.
• Assist in supporting early learning and developmental activities.
• Monitor children’s well-being and report concerns when necessary.
• Encourage positive behavior and uphold discipline in line with school values.
• Collaborate with staff and parents to ensure consistent care standards.
• Ensure proper handling of children’s belongings and learning materials.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years of proven childcare experience preferred.
• Strong experience in childcare, early childhood support, or similar roles.
• Ability to support learning routines and developmental activities.
• High level of cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail.
• Professional attitude, reliability, and strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
