We are seeking energetic and goal-oriented Sales Officers to join our team in Ho. In this role, you will actively drive sales growth, develop strong customer relationships, and support the company’s market expansion objectives.


Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company’s customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and key accounts.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Promote the company’s products and ensure effective market penetration.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and performance updates on time.
  • Monitor customer needs and provide feedback to support product and service improvement.
  • Support execution of sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries, orders, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications & Competencies

You should have:

  • An HND in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong sales ability with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Good negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in preparing clear and accurate sales reports.
  • A valid driving license (added advantage).
