Role Overview

Maamani Ghana seeks a skilled and proactive Electrical & Electronic Technician to support the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of industrial electrical and automation systems. You will play a key role in ensuring maximum equipment uptime, system reliability, and safe operations across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical and electronic systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve faults in machinery, control panels, and automation systems
• Support PLC-based automation and control systems to ensure efficient production operations
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and operational procedures
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve system performance
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and technical reports
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across electrical systems

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field
• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical systems
• Strong knowledge of automation and control systems (PLC experience preferred)
• Proven experience in industrial environments such as:
  • Poultry farms (preferred)
  • Feed mills (preferred)
  • Manufacturing or processing plants (preferred)
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment
