Role Overview

Rehab Beach Club seeks a detail-oriented and organized Store Controller to manage inventory and ensure efficient stock control operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate stock levels, supporting operational efficiency, and contributing to a seamless service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records at all times
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and supplies
• Issue stock to relevant departments in a timely and controlled manner
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Monitor stock usage and report variances or shortages
• Maintain proper storage conditions to preserve product quality
• Prepare inventory reports and support audits when required
• Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to ensure adequate stock availability

Qualifications

• Minimum of Senior High School Certificate or equivalent
• Diploma or certification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in inventory or storekeeping, preferably within hospitality, retail, or a similar environment

Skills & Competencies

• Demonstrate strong numerical and record-keeping skills
• Show high attention to detail and accuracy
• Communicate effectively and work collaboratively with teams
• Use basic inventory management systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks
• Maintain integrity, accountability, and professionalism
• Apply problem-solving skills to resolve stock-related issues
